IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

By purchasing a membership, enrolling in any programme, or accessing the True North Brotherhood client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase or enrolment.

THE CODE

By accessing or participating in the True North Brotherhood, you agree to be bound by these foundational rules and standards. This Code is not a suggestion; it is the absolute standard by which all members are measured.

1. STANDARD OF CONDUCT

Members are expected to operate with absolute integrity, transparency, and accountability at all times. This applies to interactions within the community and in your external business dealings. We hold the line on character, and compromise is not tolerated.

CRITICAL

Violation of the Brotherhood Charter regarding confidentiality, mutual respect, or business ethics will result in immediate termination of membership without refund. No warnings. No exceptions.

These Terms govern all services provided by True North Brotherhood including the TNB-GPS 90-Day Method, the TNB 5 Day Reset, individual coaching, the Tour Guide Programme, the Minimum Kit Programme, access to the client portal, and membership of the TNB Brotherhood community.

SECTION 2 - DEFINITIONS

"Member" - any individual who has purchased a membership, programme or coaching service.

"Programme" - any coaching programme, course or challenge offered by True North Brotherhood.

"Portal" - the GHL-hosted client portal through which programme content is delivered.

"Content" - all materials, documents, videos, programmes and intellectual property created by True North Brotherhood.

"Coach" - Ally Campbell and any authorised representative.

SECTION 3 - AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By completing a purchase, submitting payment, or accessing the Portal, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, have read and understood these Terms in full, agree to be legally bound by them, and are entering into this agreement voluntarily.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT AND PRICING

4.1 PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed.

4.2 PAYMENT PLANS

Where a monthly payment plan is offered (including via Klarna), the Member agrees to complete all scheduled payments for the full duration. Cancellation of a payment plan does not terminate the obligation to complete remaining payments.

4.3 FAILED PAYMENTS

In the event of a failed or declined payment, True North Brotherhood reserves the right to suspend portal access until outstanding payments are resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in termination of membership without refund.

SECTION 5 - REFUND POLICY

NO REFUND POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

True North Brotherhood operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that:

All payments made are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once access to the Portal or programme content has been granted.
No refunds will be issued following the completion of an onboarding call.
The non-refundable nature of this agreement reflects the commitment made by the Coach to each individual Member from the point of enrolment.

When you commit to this programme, your coach commits to you. From the point of enrolment, time, resources and personalised planning are allocated to you specifically. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

SECTION 6 - CANCELLATION AND ACCESS

6.1 CANCELLATION BY MEMBER

Access to the Portal remains active until the end of the Member's current paid period.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a paid period.
Membership will not auto-renew following a cancellation request.
If a Member requests immediate removal before their paid period expires, access will be terminated promptly with no refund for the remaining period.

6.2 CANCELLATION BY TRUE NORTH BROTHERHOOD

True North Brotherhood reserves the right to terminate access immediately and without refund for: breach of these Terms, abusive or threatening behaviour toward the Coach or other Members, sharing or reselling programme content without authorisation, or any conduct harmful to the Brotherhood community.

6.3 PROGRAMME COMPLETION

Upon completion of a fixed-term programme, portal access remains available until the end of the agreed period. Continuation beyond this is subject to a separate membership agreement.

CRITICAL

No retroactive refunds will be issued for unused membership periods. The responsibility of cancellation rests entirely on the member. Inactivity does not constitute cancellation.

SECTION 7 - HEALTH, MEDICAL AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER - IMPORTANT

The coaching services and content provided by True North Brotherhood are for general fitness, nutrition and wellbeing guidance only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

7.1 MEDICAL CLEARANCE

You have consulted with a qualified medical professional before beginning any physical training programme.
You are physically fit and able to participate in the training activities described.
You will inform your coach of any medical conditions, injuries or health changes.
If in any doubt about your ability to exercise safely, you will seek medical clearance before commencing.

7.2 HIGH-RISK CONDITIONS

Members with cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, musculoskeletal injuries or any condition affected by physical exercise are strongly advised to obtain written GP clearance before commencing. True North Brotherhood reserves the right to request evidence of medical clearance.

7.3 TRAINING AT YOUR OWN RISK

All training activities are undertaken entirely at the Member's own risk. True North Brotherhood and Ally Campbell accept no liability for any injury, illness, loss or damage sustained during participation in any programme.

7.4 NUTRITION GUIDANCE

Nutritional guidance is general in nature and does not constitute medical nutrition therapy. Members with specific medical dietary requirements should consult a registered dietitian.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

True North Brotherhood shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from participation in any programme.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Member for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
True North Brotherhood is not liable for loss of earnings, business loss or any indirect losses.
True North Brotherhood is not responsible for the actions of any third-party services referenced in programme content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

SECTION 9 - RESULTS DISCLAIMER

True North Brotherhood does not guarantee specific results. Individual results will vary based on:

The Member's commitment to and consistency with the programme
Individual health, fitness levels and starting point
Adherence to nutritional guidance
Sleep, stress and lifestyle factors outside of coaching
Pre-existing medical conditions

Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of the same results for all Members. Your results depend primarily on your effort, commitment and adherence to the programme.

SECTION 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 OWNERSHIP

All content in the True North Brotherhood Portal - including coaching programmes, workout plans, nutrition guides, audit documents, videos, written materials, frameworks, methodologies, brand assets and the TNB-GPS Method - is the sole intellectual property of Ally Campbell trading as True North Brotherhood.

10.2 PERMITTED USE

Members are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use programme content for their own personal fitness and wellness purposes only, valid only for the duration of active membership.

10.3 PROHIBITED USE

Copy, reproduce, share or distribute any content to any third party
Sell, resell or commercially exploit any content
Use content to create derivative works or competing products
Share login credentials or portal access with any other person
Publish any programme content on any public platform or social media

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination and may give rise to legal action for intellectual property infringement.

SECTION 11 - PROGRESS PHOTOS AND PERSONAL DATA

11.1 PROGRESS PHOTOS

Photos are stored securely for the sole purpose of monitoring programme progress.
Photos will not be shared publicly, used in marketing or shown to third parties without explicit prior written consent.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting [email protected].
Photos are retained only for the duration of active membership unless deletion is requested.

11.2 PERSONAL AND HEALTH DATA

True North Brotherhood collects and processes personal data including health and fitness information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at true-north-brotherhood.com/privacy-policy. Health data provided through programme audits is held securely and used only to inform coaching. It will not be shared with third parties without consent.

SECTION 12 - THE TNB BROTHERHOOD COMMUNITY

12.1 COMMUNITY STANDARDS

By joining the TNB Brotherhood you agree to:

Treat all Members and the Coach with respect at all times
Not post abusive, discriminatory or threatening content
Not share other Members' personal information or photos outside the group
Not use the community to promote or sell any external products or services
Maintain confidentiality regarding other Members' shared experiences

12.2 REMOVAL FROM COMMUNITY

True North Brotherhood reserves the right to remove any Member from the community immediately and without notice for breach of community standards. Removal does not constitute grounds for a refund.

SECTION 13 - CONFIDENTIALITY

The Coach will not share information disclosed by a Member in the context of coaching with any third party without consent, except where required by law. Members agree not to share confidential information about the coaching relationship, programme methodologies or proprietary content with third parties.

SECTION 14 - CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

14.1 MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Your own physical safety during all training activities
Informing your Coach of any changes to health or injury status
Completing programme audits accurately and honestly
Attending or rescheduling coaching calls with at least 24 hours notice
Engaging with the programme in good faith and with reasonable effort

14.2 COACH RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivering all agreed coaching services with reasonable skill and care
Responding to Member communications within reasonable timeframes
Providing programme content based on established fitness and nutrition principles
Treating all Members with respect and maintaining professional standards

SECTION 15 - AMENDMENTS

True North Brotherhood may update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the Portal following notification constitutes acceptance. The current version will always be available at true-north-brotherhood.com/terms.

SECTION 16 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

SECTION 17 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting [email protected]. True North Brotherhood will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a resolution within 28 days. If informal resolution is not possible, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed. All remaining provisions continue in full force.

SECTION 19 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and True North Brotherhood and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

By proceeding with your purchase or enrolment you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. You understand the no-refund policy, the health and medical disclaimer, the intellectual property restrictions, and all other provisions contained herein.
