  • Physical health data including weight, measurements and progress photos (provided voluntarily by programme members)
  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details)

  • Communications sent to us via email, WhatsApp or our website

  • Deliver the coaching services you have purchased or enrolled in
  • Send you programme content, check-ins and communications relevant to your membership

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • WhatsApp: Member communication
  • Canva: Design - no personal data processed
  • Meta / Facebook: Advertising - subject to Meta's own privacy policy
  • Google Analytics: Website analytics - anonymised where possible

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. We have data processing agreements in place where required.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. All payments are processed via Stripe's encrypted payment infrastructure. We do not store payment card details.
